The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will provide technical support surrounding the Red Hat Ansible Automation suite of offerings which includes Ansible Tower by Red Hat and Red Hat Ansible Engine. You’ll support customers in resolving technical issues with the deployment and use of Ansible Tower by Red Hat and Red Hat Ansible Engine. As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll stage simulations in a lab environment to assist in problem identification and verification of problem resolution, as well as perform escalation of bugs identified in simulation or reproduction testing for the engineering and quality engineering (QE) teams.
