The Red Hat North America Accounting team is looking for a Billing Support Specialist Intern to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will process orders for materials or merchandise from sales associates or direct customer contacts. You’ll review orders for the required documentation and approvals, enter the orders, follow up on triage, and ensure orders are booked in a timely manner. As a Billing Support Specialist Intern, you will coordinate with other departments about order status, shipping dates, and prices. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to further develop our established billing processes.
