Job summary

The Red Hat Storage Business team is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to join us in Westford, MA or remotely anywhere in the U.S. In this role, you will help the team launch a series of easy to deploy storage solutions that will involve tight coordination between the Red Hat storage product team, the Red Hat field teams, our original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, our channel sales team, and our channel partners. You’ll manage relationships between all these disparate parties and manage an active global partner pipeline.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Work with our OEM partners and channel partners and connect them to our internal stakeholders like product, product marketing, and channel sales teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline of deals for these new initiatives and be ultimately responsible for revenue coming from these solutions
  • Unblock channel partners when they need education, marketing help, or technical help
  • Set and manage revenue targets with each OEM partner and each channel partner
  • Ensure that field teams and storage specialists are working effectively with our partners
  • Be a key stakeholder in the go-to-market sessions with our OEM partners

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management
  • Deep familiarity with infrastructure and storage technologies
  • Ability to collaboratively work with other stakeholders and manage partner and internal relationships
  • Ability to consistently exceed key performance metrics
  • Solid presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
