The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager focused on leadership, management, and professional development to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will ensure Red Hat's leadership, management, and professional development portfolios build the capabilities necessary to promote Red Hat's business results today and in the future. You will be a member of the Red Hat University (RHU) Consulting and Planning team. You'll work with global stakeholders and partners to determine what learning and development (L&D) offerings (formal, informal, information-based, self-paced, instructor-led, etc.) best enable Red Hat managers, leaders, and associates, and produce desired business outcomes. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the overall portfolio of leadership, management, and professional development offerings to ensure they are aligned with Red Hat competencies, support clear and measurable business outcomes, and lack redundancy. You'll do this by collaborating with RHU consultants, instructional designers, developers, and others to determine whether offerings in your portfolio are developed within Red Hat University, purchased from external suppliers, or curated from available open source content like MOOCs. You will also partner closely with other stakeholders within the People team to build comprehensive solutions in the professional, management, and leadership development space.
