Red Hat's Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join us in Munich, Germany. In this role, you'll provide personalized support and guidance to our cloud customers and nurture high-value relationships with them as you try to understand their IT infrastructures, internal processes, and business needs. Through this service, you’ll be responsible for a premium support offering that builds, maintains, and grows long-lasting customer loyalty. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you'll adapt your support to our customers' environment, cooperate with their other vendors, and advocate on their behalf by working closely with our Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and CEE teams to debug, test, and resolve issues.
